Shipping Policy
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
- Shipping takes 5-7 business days! (Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.)
- All orders will be shipped via USPS. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information. You can track your package using usps.com, by texting your tracking number to 28777 (2USPS), or by calling 1-800-222-1811.
- Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery.
- If you have entered the wrong address please email us ASAP at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If it has been several days since you have placed your order, it is less likely that we are able to change the address for you. This stands true for all orders that have already been processed.
- Murder Couture is not responsible for packages that are not delivered when you have entered the incorrect address.

If you have entered the wrong address, we recommend contacting your local post office before the item is delivered. They can either hold your package for you, or forward the package to the correct address. PLEASE BE ATTENTIVE WHEN CHECKING OUT AND MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!
- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this issue with your local postal service. Murder Couture is not responsible for packages that state is required to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
If your package has not arrived within 5-10 days from the confirmed date of shipment, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a Murder Couture representative will be happy to help you locate your order to ensure it is in route to you!
